Surprise your staff or clients with a unique culinary experience. The Okura's Culinary Center is the location for groups of between 10 and 100 people.

Made to Measure
For groups of up to 24 participants you may have a cookery course made to measure. You choose the theme of the workshop yourself, with dishes based on recipes from the Okura's chefs.
Atmospheric Lounge
You can, for example, be welcomed with a glass of prosecco and stylish snacks in the Wine Room at Taste of Okura. Ronald Oud, your chef and host at our Culinary Center, then gives an explanation of the dishes that are about to be prepared. Your guests are then free to join in the cooking, or to take on the role of sommelier. At the end of the session, everyone sits down at table in the Taste of Okura's atmospheric lounge to enjoy the dishes together.
Drinks Party
Larger groups (of up to 100 people) are also welcome at Taste of Okura, for a reception or drinks party. The Culinary Center chefs prepare amuses in situ. Guests who feel like it can join in and help the top chefs, learning a little about the inventive cuisines at Hotel Okura Amsterdam along the way.
Wine Room
The Okura's Wine Room also offers a perfect opportunity to surprise your guests with a short wine course or sake tasting. During the workshops, sommeliers Noël Vanwittenbergh and Fukue Homma impart information on wines and sakes especially selected for Taste of Okura. Of course, your guests have the chance to taste these wines or rice wines, and exquisite snacks are served.
Receptions
The Wine Room at the Okura is available for workshops, tastings and small receptions, for up to 18 people.
