Seasonal taste
Every month chef Ronald Oud presents a cooking workshop with a 3 course seasonal menu. He will use the products of the season.
The passionate Ronald Oud, inventing the menus himself only makes use of ingredients that are typical for that season. You can think about local products, fish or meat (game). Also sustainability is very important in his kitchen.
A drink and amuse will be served during the preparation time of the dishes. All together you will enjoy the menu in the ambiance of the cooking studio.
The price of this workshop is € 100,- per person; this includes aperitif, wine, water, coffee and tea.
The maximum individual attendees for this workshop are 15 persons.
