Taste of Ciel Bleu

You make a three-course meal à la Ciel Bleu, the Okura's two-star restaurant. You may well also meet the starred chef himself, Onno Kokmeijer. After the workshop you sit down together and have a taste of just what you've achieved. The recipes are all there for you to take home with you.
