Taste of Kaiseki
A few decennia ago Yamazato restaurant introduced a special cooking style in Europe, the precious haute cuisine from Japan: Kaiseki ryōri. Authentic cultural traditions are the basic of this culinary poetics. The taste, color and texture of the ingredients are an important part in the kaiseki dishes. During the Taste of Kaiseki workshop you will learn everything about this define cuisine entirely according to the ideas of Chef Akira Oshima.
