Taste of Sushi
Entirely according to the ideas of Chef Oshima you will learn how to cook rice correctly, how to slice fish, and finally how to prepare sushi. When it's all done, you sit down at table together in the atmospheric lounge to enjoy the results of your labors. Afterwards, you are given the recipes to take home with you.
